How it Started

Catalyst Project Management Group was founded by delivery management and service leaders from one of the largest Big Four Consulting firms in the world. The co-founders were instrumental in launching leading edge products utilizing top technologies like Blockchain, Robotics Process Automation and Artificial Intelligence/Machine learning. They worked as part of large enterprise initiatives as well as smaller engagements on a scale of complexity.

These founders also managed co-located and virtual teams for which they provided career guidance and designed bespoke learning opportunities that were facilitated both on-site and virtually.

How it's Going

Since Catalyst's early days, the team has provided leadership for countless projects, supplied onshore & nearshore staff for project augmentation, and developed real-world skills training and mentorship programs to ensure the highest quality deliverables and professional experiences.
